The Brain Fitness Program™:

Is an easy-to-use auditory computer program. It
includes six engaging, and simple to follow
listening exercises. The computer plays a sound
and you click on the sound it made. 

It is designed as 40 one-hour sessions. A session is comprised of 4 exercises of 15 minutes each.

To do the exercises, just click on a computer mouse. No prior computer experience is necessary.

Regular use can range from 15 minutes to as much time as you’d like. For maximum benefit, we recommend completing
40 hours within three months.

Throughout each session the program automatically and constantly calibrates itself to your specific skill level. This ensures that you are working at the pace that is right for you!

It also tracks your sessions and gives you extensive detail
about your progress and performance. As you improve at
the exercises you should start to notice your overall
sharpness increasing.

Once you have completed the first set of 40 sessions, the program allows you to do another set as often as you like.
